For the Coffee Table Book – Issue #9

Work is love made visible…

You work that you may keep peace with the earth and the soul of the earth.

And in keeping yourself with labour you are in truth loving life,
And to love life through labour is to be intimate with life’s inmost secret…

And when you work with love you bind yourself to yourself and to one another, and to God.

Work is love made visible.
And if you cannot work with love but only distaste, it is better that you should leave your work and sit at the gate of the temple and take alms of those who work with joy.
For if you bake bread with indifference, you bake a bitter bread that feeds but half man’s hunger.
And if you grudge the crushing of the grapes, your grudge distils a poison in the wine.
And if you sing though as angels, and love not the singing, you muffle man’s ears to the voices of the day and the voices of the night.

-Excerpts from The Prophet, Khalil Gibran

Green na green yung grass. Naku sasabihin ko na naman yung linya ko lagi dito sa blog mo kuya. “Ang ganda naman!” Hehe..

Work is indeed something that we should feel blessed to have. Personally napapagod ako ng mas madalas kapag hindi ako nage-enjoy sa trabaho ko but during seasons that I am happy with what I do, lumilipas lang yung mga araw ng pagkabilis-bilis. ^_^

Indeed Milay, work nowadays is a blessing… Kaya, while we have it, we should try to enjoy it as much as we can… Ika nga, “Love your job, and you will never work for the rest of your life.” :)

I like your pics here mark, they talk about passion for good life. I’m not a photography person though but I like taking good pictures sometimes hehe. I have to say, it’s no longer work if you enjoy what you’re doing. It’s already a hobby hehe…
