you did a great job Mark, my favorite is the one where they formed diagonal, such art in tree planting :)

I don't know if i ever would be comfortable with taking pictures of people, it is my weakest :) i only take it when it is candid, that way all of us are comfortable :)

but you're correct, the activity really merits the focus on the planters too, like what you very well said, to bring message and awareness to corporations that their obligations are not limited to their employees only but to the society and to the environment. so, you are lucky and blessed to be the scribe.

again, great post Mark, i really like the way you wrote about your activity. one thing that i missed here is actually starting group activity with a prayer, unless of course, i am in church, or with my cell group from the Philippines :(

Am sure, your colleagues would appreciate your summary and pictures, the pictures are great by the way, now, if someone also from us before in la salle would volunteer to document activity like the way you did, then, we would have something to go back to.

i miss tree planting too. i always enjoyed it as our department activity before when i was still in la salle. especially if it would be in the mountains and would require some hiking, mababaw na kaligayahan, but it runs deeper actually, hahahaha!

Thanks Miss Beth... This is actually the first time that I have photographed this many people. I am not inclined in portraits that much but this activity merits the focus on them. And so I obliged... :)

How very awesome of you--to plant & to document like that. Keep up the good work. I'm glad to hear of corporations sponsoring & encouraging such events. If only they ALL did more of that! Thanks for taking us along on your day. :)

Yeah, reforestation is a critical activity for watersheds... And definitely we need more hands to help. Thanks again for visiting.

Cool Water Works,
This post inspires me so much. I have long looked for a way of bringing spirituality -- not religion -- into group endeavors. I know that Mother Earth appreciates your efforts.

A scribe is an important element of any project. By telling what happened, you create a sort of water mark in history. Sometimes I feel like that's what I do in my stories.

I'm sorry I don't comment often. I live without Internet access, so I have to go to libraries or cafes to visit blogs.

Be well.

Hello Caroline. Thanks for dropping by... I appreciate your visits and your blog entries more knowing that you really take extra time and effort. Be well too... :)
